Our neighbor has an 18’ Donzi with a 351. It’s not fast but it looks great, handles waves well, and sounds perfect.

    No babes in it though

I won’t question your memory is mine is fading. So it was probably the Schultz that I remember but I keep thinking of him being inA kneel down boat at one time.

bobby neeled in the scat craft, sat in the schultz. one of my toughest competitors. neither he nor i could win two heats on the same day, against each other. the year we ran the nationals, i had a 1 and 2, he had a 1 and 3. i was in the neel down mccall and he in the scat craft.

Thank you OleGator For clarifying that. Speaking of tough Competition you were too shabby yourself. Remember trying to get around you and your sport J Boats when you were doing with Homer green I don’t think I ever beat you in class when I had to race against you!!! I remember you and your wife came down and spent a weekend at our house in Miami Lakes racing one of the nationals in Miami. A long long time ago

OK so both you guys got bad knees. Another competitor I keep forgetting to mention and he’s such a gentleman is Mark Hauptner he and his father had one heck of a business in Palm Beach. Now the scene of a waterside restaurant. Does anybody have any pictures of Belle Glade to post I’d love to see some
