Of course he likes Trump-he is a worker that has no interest in relying on the government for anything. He, his wife, and another couple came over here and started in N.Y. working for a friend that started up a moving company. Then he drove Taxi cabs, and eventually got into fiberglass lamination and boat construction. His wife is an educated science researcher that worked for the university as a "doctor" and doesn't do anything but send the money (that Rustem bust his ass to make) back to her family because the government has stripped them of everything over there.

I got the console holes filled and blocked out and the transom is blocked out too.

Boat is coming out great. What props do you plan on trying? Would one of your cleavers work or not enough engine height?

Going to try a 26 or 28 4 blade Performer first. 15.25" diameter. Should run about 80 I'm thinking.

It's about 2500 lbs fully rigged. It only ran 77 with a 300x and 70 with a 250 Pro XS. It did have that huge hook in the bottom that was added though.

Who added the hook? Was that done when the boat was new?

The boat seemed to porpoise when it was new, so one of the previous owners put it in

I got the Superboat flipped back over and on the cradle today. I'll finish the bodywork on the inside of the transom and then paint will start. In the first pic, I had a bigger grab bar made for behind the seats. The original was 1.25" diameter. This one is 2.5". All the rails and bars will be powdercoated bright yellow.
