I have read some of that huge doc, yes its worth a read about geo engineering, but all the scientist laugh at the conspiracy theories involving putting chemicals in commercial jets as they all agreed its the wrong altitude to have any effect, far too low.
Ships injecting water into their exhausts sounded better to make clouds to help cool the earth.

Power, you know the govt would never do anything to hurt us right? Hahahaha They started this in vietnam war era, and have progressed silently since then. It's called covert activities. Which means they are NOT telling us much about what they are doing. They do admit to having the tech and science to do it though....Draw your own conclusions....

Crikey you should read it they did a test in California and half poisoned a whole town on the coast, was kept secret for years.
It was a test to see how aerosols would spread from a ship just offshore.

A guy in OZ dug deep and found that agent orange was tested in Australia.
He bought some property and it had an area nothing grew but was up in the tropics, so like a good farmer he took a soil sample and sent it to the CSIRO, some time later federal police knocked on his door and asked where did you get it.
So being the major of the town, he got the staff to dig into old paper records at the town office, he found the US army leased the land early 60's.
Scary part was it was and still is in the catchment area for the towns water supply.

The brits fried some aborigine's to see what happens when you are exposed to radiation, was re buried in the official secrets acts of both govs for another 50 years just as few years ago.

AWWW Cmon, man let then have their fantasy. Although....I would love to have a bunch of them on a ship sailing right to the edge (or so they think) of the world and suddenly announce that there was a navigational error and we had sailed too far and fell off about 10 miles back.
