Mercury 3.0L 1.62:1 20" RH Sportmaster Gearcase For Sale!! Just Rebuilt-0 Hours!!

I am offering this 3.0L 1.62:1 20" RH Sportmaster for sale as I no longer need it. I just got it back from being re-built with all new gears, bearing, seals, water pump kit and more. I can provide a list of the new parts that were installed plus I got the MadEFI billet carrier seal and billet shift shaft seal kits as well. It has a fat shaft prop shaft and a 2 piece drive shaft. The skeg had a few nicks and some sand marks on it which I cleaned up and spent a little time cleaning up one side of it, as it is oxidized some from sitting around. There are also some marks on it from a transom saver which would also buff out. It also 4 holes in the cavitation plate for Bob's Stabilizer Plate which I will include if you want it. Spring is here and someone must be able to use this gear case! It has mostly new internals and is ready to go. It is a little tarnished from sitting around but it will polish up nicely. Let me know if you have any questions or offers at garyeisnor@xplornet.ca

I could definitely use it.. just need a lower price. The cost of two new props just knocked me into the doghouse with the GF.

I just finished crating the gear case. I built it out of 2 x10s with lots of bracing to endure the trip it's new owner. Here are a few photos of it.

This gear case is back up for sale as the person that sent me the deposit on it on Mar 25th, 2019 has not been able to come up with the rest of the funds due to some personal issues that have come up. It has been 11 months to the day and I want to move the gear case along. He is aware that I am putting it back up for sale but if he can come up with the balance that is owing before someone else buys it, I will honor our original deal.
