    12" Mid/tuner question2

    Will it damage the power head if I add a baffle plate to the exhaust outlet of an older 12" studs up mid similar to a 15" mid plate. I realize it will hurt performance since this is the ONLY way exhaust gets out. I just want to quiet it down a little when lake boating.
