    matching aluminum filler/epoxy colour.

    hi all,

i want to try something out on my sportsmaster but to do so, i'd like to find some epoxy filler that matches the bare aluminum colour as close as possible. obviously, it needs to be strong enough to hold up the pressure and heat of surfacing the case. anny suggestions? links?

    thanks

There is a product called "All Metal" which is like a bondo type filler made of metal. Tough stuff and is similar in color to the Sporty however nothing is going to match perfectly.

Don't think you will do better than All Metal as the metal used in the product is aluminum. Best of luck.

    Loctite has a similar product.

I made blow out ring on my cle with it in spring. Still looks like day 1. When its hardened it darker than ally. Once you sand it the particles shine through and its very similar.

I have some small imperfections on my unit and will repair them with this stuff.
