19' Centre Console Power Upgrade

Hey Guys,

Question I have here is about a power upgrade. I currently have a 2016 19' Centre Console fishing boat (Mako) the boat has a 98" beam and weighs in at 2500lbs, boat came with a 150HP right now she will run about 46mph with all fishing gear on boat. I am looking to do a power upgrade. With the lighter weight of the new four strokes I am leaning towards the new V6 (475 lbs) or even the V8 Pro XS (505 lbs) Do you guys troll with your Pro XS? The boat feels like it could use more power.

Please any help is good help! I have contacted Mercury but no real success on which motor would better suit my application.
