who can balance a flywheel ?

Have a 40 amp red flywheel (steel) that i'm thinking about removing the pieces to pull start and drilling 1" holes on top of the flywheel to lighten it up some. Who could balance the flywheel after?

Jeff Dunn was making some light weight 40 amp wheels with parts from a 40 and a 16 amp and some billet aluminum thrown in. Never used one, don't know how well it works. There was also another guy on here that made a few aluminum discs to replace the steel. I don't think he got past the balance issues. I wouldn't drill holes in the stock flexplate...

As far as balancing something custom, any automotive machine shop or industrial balance shop should be able to get you pointed in the right direction.
