Look what came in the mail today!
Hmmmm, package from Jay Smith...
Empty Wizard piston boxes!!! Come on Jay...
Wait, here it is! A JSRE rod bolt stretch gauge...and some fresh stickers for my tool cart!!!
Just a quick shout out to Jay Smith and JSRE, top notch stuff!
Now if I can just figure out how to keep the rods inside my junk...

do the bolts have the recess to line the tool up with?

The tool has a point on both ends, it should be capable of comparing the length on ANY objects that fit inside within the travel limit of the dial, rod bolts or otherwise...
