Fiberglass bubble on floor - could you help

There is a 6 x 14 bubble in the fiberglass floor. The fiberglass is over 3/4 in plywood. The plywood is in good shape. There is a very thin layer of glass on top from the cloth. Do I just grind it out and then patch with cloth resin/hardner. Or do I just drill one or two holes in the top of the bubble and fill it with epoxy?

There are no other bubbles. There was an inch hole. I could see the plywood. There it looked good and the floor is strong or hard all over. What would you suggest?

    Thank you in advance.

Just grind it out and patch. I suspect that you will find more extensive delamination than you see now when you open it up.

If you're good with epoxy - take the whole piece out with a razor knife / box cutter. sand both the cloth and boat, slab on some thickened epoxy, put it back down, and put something flat with weight on it. Some wax paper to prevent your weights from sticking helps.
But after you pull it up, you'll see if there's any other issues.
