140 view and nobody has had a v-4 Raker rehabbed to fit a v-4=Yamaha . I was hoping that someone has had this done and knew a shop that we could send this prop to . I have several e mails out to shops asking if they have ever done a modification or rehab that works well . I have seen OMC props on Yamaha but have not found any shop that has done this with good results if anyone has had this done ai would really appreciate the info . Joe R

I have a Raker for my 1975 135 Evinrude but have never looked at the hub size vs the Yammie...not sure if there is a difference between the newer and older OMC V4 hubs ...will try to check next week when I get back to the shop...maybe someone will chime in sooner. If its a std hub any prop shop can press in a new hub with Yammie splines. Have you checked with your local prop shops?

Sorry...I didn't read your post all the way thru....What Raker do you have now...which OMC v4 does it fit and what Yamaha are you trying to make it fit...I can call my local prop guy to find out ( he does lots of hi-pro prop work).

This guy is local to me and can install a new hub for you.

I googled propeller repair shops, no location in general, and came up with this, a little closer to you. Also installs new hubs. Good luck.

This isn’t s normal rehab it is removing a 12 spline OMC rubber press in hub and installing a 15 spline Yamaha hud . He wants to send it to a shop that has already done the conversion . We have talked to a few shops but not found one that has done the conversation and knows what we will need to install the OMC Raker v-4 prop on the VF 115 Yamaha . A couple shops said that they Yamaha hub presses in from the opposite side of the OMC . We have seen people run these props on Yamaha 115 but have no idea who did the work . Again thanks for any help .

SS Minnow , Thanks I contacted Dan at danspropshop and he has done this modification to a OMC Raker before . Thanks again for your time and help . There is a lot more to this than just pressing a yamaha hub in a OMC prop it’s over a two hundred dollar job .
