No I'm going to leave the exhaust relief holes open. I dont want to run anymore the 91 octane as it's not that easy to find much over that.

Are there any books out there on porting v-6 omc’s, and who is the best porter on OMC’s,. Heard about monty, anyone in GA. Maybe?

One trick I learned was oil them down with the oil you will use during use after the build and it’s running.
After port work not much left.
Reeds and stuffers can can play with them seeing how the reed material adjust reed timing and gives the best crank fill. Stuffers can increase flow.
Spacer height to adjust case fill velocity which packs more in the case.
You can can also do some exhaust stuff. But factory is pretty good. Drag vent (ofshore cutout ect).

Ok guys it's taken me way longer then I wanted but I got the pistons in and connecting caps aligned and torqued down and I'll be working on it all day today but one thing I'm wondering is jet sizing now that I've done this port work?

The only thing done is the exhaust porting.
