David Dreifort has a lite weight 40 amp flywheel in production now, supposed to be under 5 lbs. and tested to 10k . I pre-ordered it in December ,hope to see it in a couple weeks.

No never got one, don't know if it made to production or not. I just picked up a factory red one. right at 2lbs lighter. Originally Posted by outboards4life
