    Shop radios

Looking for a real stereo w/4 speakers that I can mount in all 4 corners of my shop so when I need a lil motivation I can crank some DB's into the shop.
Ive got an old school home stereo that will work but I get **** for reception where we are, on top of being inside a steel building.
It does have windows so I can put an antenna in/out a window.

I also want it bluetooth capable. Ive got one now but it doesnt have the balls to do what I need.

Interested in your advice and experiences.

    Thx guys.

You can pick up a bluetooth dvd/surround sound for a couple hundred bucks. Just depends on how much you want to spend. The home theater systems are usually 6 speakers now. A center, 4 surrounds, and a subwooofer. They work ok in the shop once you get the speaker placement right. It can be a challenge to get a good sound from the subwoofer in the open environment of a shop though. More power (more $$$) is your friend...

200 watt car stereo. 99 bucks. Used house speakers, an old battery and trickle charger for power. Remote and bluetooth on most units. I like the pioneer and alpine. A reg antennae from a car usually works well. Had this set up in my barn for decades. Yes, I am part scottish and cheap......But this will rock out the shop. Most that hear mine are surprised to see the crappy set up. I do have a set of old marantz box speakers which I think are the key to good sound on kinda low power units.

I bought a party speaker, rechargable, bluetooth, fm tuner. I bought it at ABC warehouse for $100. It is loud and sounds great. I bought it to put on the boat.
