NO. Because after doing that, each street next to and parallel to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. will have to be named Oprah Winfrey avenue. Municipalities will be charged for this " privelige " and proceeds will undoubtedly be squandered on "BLING" by a few undeserving figgerheads, or figureheads, however you care to spell it.

I always figured that if you were on MLK or another black hero named street you were deep in the hood. If you are on Robert E. Lee Blvd. I think you would be in a very different part of town.
