300xs Bench power-up

I need to prime the oil pump and new compressor on my spare 300XS with my Rinda scan tool with the complete motor on a stand. How do I energize the ECU without the 14 pin harness connected as you would with switching the ignition to "on"?

Yes, Roger. We are on the west side of the lake near the dam. Looks like all the damage is on the east side. Some new storage buildings near Blackgum, Snake Creek Marina (totally gone), Cookson airport hit and damage all the way to the bridge! Thanks for asking. David
