2005 Mercury 300X Complete Drop-on!! Easy Rebuild!!

I have a 2005 fresh water 300X drop-on powerhead for sale that needs re-building. I purchased it from a friend that ran it on a bass boat. It broke a crank shaft, which was typical of the 2005s and he had it re-built and ran it again but it lost power and he shut it off. He pulled the starboard head to find cylinders 1 and 3 were scuffed lightly. He decided to sell it. I purchased it with the idea of rebuilding it to keep for a spare, which I still might do if it doesn't sell. I took the port head off and that side seems fine. There are no holes in the block or front half and the motor rolls over smoothly. I will take a closer look at all the cylinders and scan the computer for the run history on it and post my findings. I took a closer look at all the cylinders today and I did not see any aluminum on the walls of any cylinder. I have attached closer photos of 1 and 3 plus the run history of the engine which is 303.3 total hours and a photo of the ECM as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
