every one of these type video's are different. that gal had too much to drink or something. so she needs some help. with that said, police are educated in procedures & policy, that often contradict our rights. this is proven daily in our courts. its not their fault really, its how they have been trained & educated. being labeled a sovereign citizen can be deemed an insult, when your not...and simply having a conversation regarding true law. no, i'm not a lawyer.

I am one with mixed emotions on the video. Guy was trying to stand up for the freedom that is being taken away. First thought was to finish..with taken away little by little. But reality is our rights are just recently being taken away at a record pace. Not really a way to stand up for your rights without the person or persons in this case. Not without conflict of some level. I am in total agreement with the danger of drunk drivers of killing innocent people. The fact is that a person is always at risk to some level merely by being out in public places. So my view is who should have the power and authority to pick and choose what is ok to violate a citizens rights. Many lives have been lost by road signs becoming a flying guillotine from coming unattached from a bridge or post. Several thousand people have been killed from debris falling off trucks. Are laws going to make signs illegal to save lives. Are trucks going to be banned from carrying any open cargo to save lives? So if other lost lives are what been counters would call acceptable losses. For any causes of the hundreds of deaths per day. How does one get singled out to be the cause that is worth ignoring the rights of citizens? I think the driving cause is money that is generated from a dui is quite a large amount. Not just fines and court cost. From the many court ordered programs that are mandatory from a dui arrest. How many accidental deaths have been resulted from a bad decision made by a Officer in a car or foot chase? Many innocent lives are from the criminal killing while being chased. Many from police while trying to get a thug that is running from murder and has nothing to lose. I wont ever be the guy in video at the dui check point. But do appreciate the effort and repercussions the he has to deal with to speak up for our rights while still having very limited option to do so. Dui deaths are senseless deaths. Many i listed are senseless also. Even when our rights are eroded away a nip and cut at a time. People will still die tragically every day.

When I have gone thru dui stops the officer usually just asks if I have been drinking and kind of smells the car and my breath and sends me on my way. Yes or no answer is all you give. If you start going lawyer on them, then the norm will be changed, and they will feel the need to investigate further. Now, if you have a johnny law start going nuts on you for no reason, then mum's the word and just let them do the talking and things will usually calm down quickly. Still just yes or no answers. Camera's have been a good tool to get this kind of aggressiveness under control and get the bad cop's off the team.
