Ok, it's been like a week, got it wired and fired, making passes, hell, you're in Florida, I thought yachting season never ended?????

😂 it has came to a halt for me, unless we get a warm day. I saw some guys that I assume were part of the toys for tots run in my area, hopefully they had a good time. I haven’t messed with it yet but I’m about to jump on it and of course pics will follow.

Yeah it’s pretty butchered up. The previous owner claimed the transom was built thicker and higher?? I’ll build a new dash. The spline running down the center will have to be replaced also:/ I’ve became decent at fiberglass after cutting my wellcraft in half and putting it back together.

The transom is definitely raised to use a long shaft or super high mounting of a short.
