2006 Mercury Racing 250 XS

Motor is in great shape, freshwater only, and has 0 hours on fresh rebuild. ECU hours are 665 at time of rebuild. Motor was professionally rebuilt, injectors cleaned (2 replaced with new), and has only been started and ran on test stand to verify proper operation. Fuel rails were disassembled and cleaned, and all regulators and tracker valve were inspected. Compressor was inspected and fuel/air pressures are spot on. 20” shaft, Torquemaster Lower Unit 1.75:1, Fat Shaft. New water pump, gear lube and lower unit has been pressure tested.
Cowling and decals are in great shape, trim and tilt works smooth and strong. This motor has a higher rev limit than a Pro XS and runs on 87 octane regular gas.
Motor is ready to bolt on and go, was built for a project boat but not used.
