If you check on Keaten's thread let it be known that beautiful white STV with the 15" transom is my old beat to hell, wrecked, 20" transom boat and he has transformed it. Seems to be a pretty good, honest kid. I would give him a shot. A before pic.

We had a river run for about 6 years and the previous owner watched all the hotrods and wanted one. His dad was one of my neighbors at the cabin so I helped him build a boat, sort of. He seen a lot of STVs and against my advice ventured out on his own and bought a boat. This is the lightest STV I know of and the guy that bought it had no experience in this type of boat. On a Sunday after one of our river runs he hooked it somehow at 80 or so and was thrown thru the side of the boat. He cobbled it back together by adding a capsule he got from Seebold in my opinion turning it into a death trap. As soon as the opportunity showed itself I purchased the boat and removed the capsule. I got as far as new stringers, dash, and seat supports. Keaten stepped in at that point and has the knowledge and resources to let this boat be way more than it was. Can't wait to see the finished product.
