    test fit of the transom and clamping hardware. Almost ready to laminate in the hull. A bit beefier than the original for sure.....

    Outer most chines were filled for about 2 feet fromthe transom, lots of voids. Continued this up to about 4 feet fromth etransom as thi sis the primary running surface. Will allow th ecore to lay smoothly over these chines for better support and stiffness. Inner chines will have stringers ontop of them, Should provide a nice even running surface.

    Got the stringers bonded in and bedded well. Too cold next few days for any bonding but fitting more pieces of the core.. DAMN COLD WEATHER !!!!!!!!!
