    1988 Eliminator Daytona Cat 23ft, Twin Johnson 225's $REDUCED$

    This is a beautiful 1988 Eliminator Daytona Tunnel 23ft Cat rigged with Twin v6 225 Johnsons
    This boat had a conplete refit a few years ago
    Complete engine rebuilds with all the best parts, no
    expense spared. Photos available of process
    new water pump impellers last year
    new lower unit gear oil
    new cdi power packs...not installed yet
    new plug wires and Rectifiers
    Compression #s were all close at 109
    Boat
    Complete interior...All taken out, floor sealed, new
    seat boxes, new carpet.
    Gaffrig shifters with box on floor
    All new seats, foam cushions and apholstry $3,200
    Rear seat removed and custom top built with
    storage under. Rear seat can be reinstalled.
    All Levorsi gauges...RPM, GPS, water psi, fuel
    with tach and speed recall.

    New SeaStar hyd steering...single ram set up on
    stb motor. Latham plates and rear tie bar.
    new helm has 20 degree drop mount bracket.

    Someone can have a blast for less then the cost of single new outboard. I love the colors and look of your boat. If I didn't already have way too many, I would be making a drive. GLWS

    Very nice I had a 23 for 12 years I didn't worry about going out in rough water it. Did quite well a lot of boat for the money with new vinyl to boot glws

    I agree....it loves a 1 ft chop but not afraid of 2-3's

    So are these a decent rough water boat or are you gonna get pounded by cruiser wakes or the occasional ride out on lake superior around the apostles?

    Yes... They are a decent rough water boat considering you are on plane running at speed can handle two two threes very easy at high speeds they are a little rough at idle if you're going through boat wakes. This particular boat is a heavier lay up then some

    never had a issue with cruiser wakes or chop boat is stable no quirks ,safe for the whole family my gran kids always were under the deck riding they thought it was cool for the size its all good ,lake superior can be nice or nasty .so i cannot comment on that

    i dont have kids...but i do have some nice origional 88 cushions under the deck. I have stayed on board before....headroom a little tight but doable.
    Ive been out in some pretty decent seas on lake MI
    never took one over the front....passing big boat wakes, just run the troft !. The boat seems to really like 2ft running hard
