2005 Mercury 250xs 30" shaft

Looking to sell my 250xs with 360 hours on it. Going the four stroke route. Have a little one on the boat now. Need something with low to mid range torque. This is the link to my ad.

Corrosion scares the heck out of a lot of people. Got some rusty bolts etc. These were the good series of 250 XS's. Salt water engines are a little tougher to sell than fresh water ones.

I appreciate the input. I am torn on what to do. Trying to find a nice used four stroke is impossible here in FL and I cannot bring myself to put a new one on a boat valued less than the motor. The 250xs screams and pushes the boat 50 mph. I may just run it for a few more seasons and decide later. If someone wants it, it's theres, if not I will keep feeding it oil for now.
