You should be able to get a test gauge that comes with adapters from the local auto parts store.

Check for clogged filter in return line to vst from fuel rails if fuel pressure is good. Look at a parts diagram for location.

Motor starts and idles well, will rev in neutral. However when put under load, prop won't blow out and motor won't turn over 2200 RPM, just loads up. Even tried running with the Jack Plate and trim up to get it to blow out. Seems like a fuel issue of some sort, just ran all new fuel lines and change the Racor to hopefully free up any restrictions, but feel that I should check fuel pressure to start.

Anyone think this may be injectors? To seems like a lack of fuel rather than injector issue.

Plugs all read black and oily. Less than 5 hours on new set of plugs.
Schrader is on the VST. Pressure is 40-45 psi. If the filter under the fuel pressure regulator is clogged, the pressure will be high, and cause rich running issue. One screw holds the regulator in place. Pull the regulator off, turn it upside down, and examine the filter.
