Setting throttle travel and idle issue

So having some idle issues. I can’t seem to get this thing adjusted properly.
Does anyone have any pictures of where everything should be lined up? As in the cams? Also there was a screw missing. The one at the top of the butterfly that holds it on the cam. The engine was running but the the butterfly kept getting sucked shut. So I just put in a screw, not sure how that should be aligned. Should the screw go all the way though the butterfly arm?
I put an order in for the tps test lead harness. I went through the manual but I can’t really figure out the process to get the linkages all aligned properly.
