Ran and handled great! It was a Second Effort motor, was 'sposed to be 325, I mostly ran a 32 Hoss hyperdrive, would run right at 100.
    Really liked that boat!

Should of added, that like you, the motor is now on a Voyager XT, that probably hasn't been out in 15 years!

I see where you are located... Did you purchase your boats from R&R also... I got Randy's personal ride...

Also, It appears that my motor has second effort goodies on it also...

The pic I posted is with 10" setback with 7" jack, that worked well with a stock V6, but far too much leverage for the weight of the v8, so I've made my own jack that's 1" thick... but I made one mistake... I pulled measurements based on the water line height with the 10" jack... So, moving the motor closer, naturally makes me have to lower the engine height.... But, I'm out of adjustment, I need to lower the engine height about 1/4" more and can't, because the boat runs out fantastic to 87MPH with a 32" cleaver, but then the prop blows out just as the boat is really wanting to come on hard....

I need to take the plate off and redrill the pockets a little bit lower, and I think I'll be able to crack 100.
