Mercury 300XS Lower Unit

To all hello from a newbie! (hopefully that gives everyone a heads up that I'm probably posting in the wrong forum, the wrong way, or something similar)

I bought a 1988 Cigarette Decathlon being pushed by 2007 triple 300XS. This is my first time owning modern outboards and I'm learning as I go (painfully).

My issue is that my center motor broke at the prop shaft and I'm struggling to identify what the lower is so I can order parts or try to repair it?

I'm attaching some pictures so you, the experts, can point me in the right direction.
