    Future 2.5L motors

With Merc getting out of the two stroke game, does anyone foresee another company producing bare, short or long blocks?
And im not talking some CRT unicorn and rainbows, super magical, pixey dust aluminum, forged, billet un-obtanium, 5...... thousand axis CNC job.
Don’t get me wrong, Caldwell’s stuff looks like a work of art, I’m talking about a solid quality factory replacement.

Believe we are gonna have to re-build and keep running our old 2.4's and 2.5's. It's a huge investment to make blocks and such.

They don't make what I want anymore. So I will just take my pile of 2.4,2.5,3.0 and opti motors/parts and build running motors as I need them. I should be good for a long time.....
