Is the ding on the port bow deep or a surface thing? How is the transom and bottom?

That is not a ding of any sort , it is the gel coat that’s faded in that area. The transom and floor are in good condition to my knowledge. I will put up a picture up in a bit of that port bow fading up close.

I saw the cavitation plate are missing from the transom. Do you have them yet? The plates were bolted thru the bottom of the tunnels. Did the holes get filled in?

I have the plates , as well as the turnbuckles and hardware. The holes were filled by previous owner. A replacement turnbuckle does need to be purchased,, the old one broke off and that’s why previous owner removed the cavitation plates and filled holes.
