The 26 Paramount hull was simply just another Aronow derivative hull copy. I take it you are looking for a center-console boat, with that simular hull?

For a CC with similar hull as the Paramount 26, give or take a foot, consider these. Some still made, others not. 25 Action Marine, Monza 25/26, GulfStream Boats, Kustom Boats, Olympia Boats, Renegade Boats, Wellcraft Scarab 26, Manta Marine, Rabco, Monza Marine, Great White 26, Island Runner... Lots more out there over the years.

Looking new? Concept 27 Open is cool. For more Bay/CC, SeaVee 270Z, or Barker Boat works 26, are all really nice. If you're going old and used, maybe the Scarab 26 CC. The older SeaVee 26' are beasts. SeaHunter used to make a cool 24' up until recently.

Yup. The Concept 27 and the Predator 27 hulls would be the same as the Paramount hull also. Aronow/Magnum origination hulls.

1989 26ft Sundance

Out rides and out runs the 26 paramount any day of the week and twice on Sunday lol. Would make a good project to bring back to life, rebuild with composite and save some weight and have a mid 60s ride with those old 3.0 liters and a little setup. Pad bottom, notched transom and full length strakes, very stable at high speeds and 24 degree bottom for a soft ride.Sundance Marine

Joe, not the same hull. As you may or may not know, the hull plug for the Sundance was started by Darryl of Paramount from another Aronow derived hull design, the old model 233 Formula. Copied by dozens of south florida warehouse boat company startups in the 70's, 80's & 90's. Darryl ended up with a huge bondo mess & in his frustration, and lack of funding, gave the project to your dad. Ted chipped in his expertise running surface knowledge too & the tooling s l o w l y progressed in the rear warehouse of the original Sumchance Dixie Hwy. location. Changed so much, that it had very little left of the original Formula shape, it went through a couple different deck ideas/tooling as well. Hard product to sell, what with all the competition out there in the same size range, not to mention pain it was, to manufacture, in low volume, etc. Years later, Darryl tooled up the other 26 CC.

Of course not, completely different but still a 26’ center console and “comparable” in intended use. Know the story well, still isn’t a better running/riding 26’ center console out there. I don’t think I’ll ever sell mine, just keep putting different motors on it, maybe some V8s next time around. Speaking of old stories, using that slang name may cause vehicular damage, better watch out!
