another fuel system question.....
my boat has 2 efi bridgeports..last time (2 yrs ago) i had the bosch fuel pumps with the 7/16 inlet and the threaded outlet...i ran 3/8 feed line from the tank to the pump and 3/8 high pressure rubber hose from the pumps to the motors.it worked ok(never blew up) .....the bridgeports i recently purchased came with different fuel pumps..they have the 7/16 inlet and the plastic 5/16 outlet..are these pumps ok to use?.is it ok to run 5/16 high presure rubber hose from the pumps to the motors?..is 5/16 enough? thanks..dont want 12 melted pistons.....

If you have 3/8" hoses already run, I'd leave 'um and reduce down to 5/16" at the engines.
