Damn, I was taking another look that pic I posted. What a beast! Tube axle, Hoosiers and American Racing 5 spoke, rear white steelies with Hoosier slicks ( I like M+H too), AND????...from my old Illinois digs, Downers Grove! Bottom door. Can't read the read just who..

Another puzzle solved! I lived off 63rd and Main. Back when raced my Triumph 650 it was Ogden out to Oswego Drag strip. Ya just about left civilization after Downers, not any more. Road trip back 2006 had me seeing fields of corn on 55..no wait.. make that HOUSING SUBDIVISIONS! Before even got to Morris!

All that meadow and they didn't even put up one deer statue, what a wasted opportunity.

Your Cornet is looking sharp. Any video of the engine running?

Damn! Never noticed that, but know (I can hear the pop) just what ya mean! Time to "isolate" the "those toys" and time a well deserved "Blanket to lay on". (Vid link). And if I ever get back Illinois? I'll buy a ride in both, and a time slot behind the wheel, and I still know cops back there...but bring bail money anyway. Unless cops got honest, but..doubt it.
Perfect shop art and IT RUNS! Fun police should pull ya over and slap that grin off the puss! Rock on..(ya Midwest boys still scare me with.."gotta see this"..)!
