So UPS lost my sportmaster

I will never ever use u.p.s. Ever again ,
a package delivered on my doorstep with forklift holes in it , drove down to the main hub , the lady said no supervisors were there , go home and call this number
i picked up the package and turned around to the line behind me and asked those customers if they wanted thier packages delivered looking like this

took about 5 seconds for a supervisor in a suit to appear , this is only one story i have

the insurance is not worth the paper its wrote on , ups owned the insurance company at that time

I payed to overnight some gauges for my boat, so i could take my boat out the following weekend. After almost weeks of a missing package, I checked the tracking info and turned out my box was in holding in Hawaii! I called them and they had my package on my doorstep the next morning, 14 days late. They never refunded me anything because they said it was "estimated" one day shipping. BS hope your lower shows up eventually.

It hasn't showed up yet and wont, was lost less than 2hrs in their possession, wont use them again ever!

Sad to hear. I quit using them due to the rude couple running the mccomb branch. Switched to USPS and haven't had any problems. Luckily a couple big purchases made it here. Mike

Unfortunately for me my small town USPS is a joke. They drive past my shop 4-5 times during the day and finally deliver my mail at 4:30-5:00. Next day shipping is now 2 day shipping! Does no good to complain, they will just wait til after we're closed for the day do deliver the mail. Will they just hold it at the post office for me? No, "get a PO box!" I'm sure they'd continue holding my mail until the end of day if I wasted my money on a PO box.
