Asking $16k... tons of info and photos if you copy and past the link to ebay.

Here's a description:
Several years back I answered an ad for a guy selling a 340 engine and was told I had to take it out of a boat. He tells me Chrysler made 340 powered speedboats... I never knew it. Anyway, I never owned a boat and this was too nice to pass on and I thought it would look cool restored and towed behind one of my vintage MoPars.
Well, we got it done and got it in the water and came to realize that while I'm a MoPar guy, I'm not a boat guy. The engine has been rebuilt was punched .030 over with forged pistons, rods redone, crank polished, assembly balanced. Double roller timing set, oil pump, water pump fuel pump and more. Also includes all new manifolds and risers, You can see the correct marine items as well as brass freeze plugs. I have the original 340 heads to go with it but since the marine 340 heads aren't the same as the high-flow car heads we instead used heads from Indy Cylinder Head's Arrohead Racing division for a pair of their cast iron heads with hardened valve seats and stainless steel valves. the Volvo 270T was gone thru by a boat mechanic because I'd never been inside an outdrive. The fuel tank was removed and flushed and the sending unit rebuilt. The carb was gone thru and looks and runs as nice as NOS. The freshwater pump was also rebuilt, there's a new bilge pump installed.
The interior was redone with new upholstery and included the foam and wooden support framing on the floor. New carpeting. We had new, original style blue windows made to replace the sun crazed originals. With the exception of the custom Chrysler Conqueror S-III graphics and the 340 callout decals on the hood, everything is painted striping. Beautiful 1970's style heavy metallic blue highlights really pop in the sunshine. The original trailer was powder coated. All brakes, lamps and wiring replaced, new trailer tires on 15 inch Chrysler road wheels. New hubs, brakes, lamps, wiring and more.
If the speedometer is accurate the boat runs 50mph with the currently installed propeller. I have another propeller of a different size that came with the boat.
