Vantage 24, Johnson 300

Hi guys! First post ever on this forum. I have been lurking around this forum for a while

I have just bought a Vantage 24 with OMC 300 GT. The boat has been sitting for 3 years, so i thought i would ask for some tips before cranking it over for the first time. Lets talk about the motor first.
I have replaced spark plugs, plug wires, cleaned the carbs and checked the reed valves. The carbs were full of old gas and oil, but no big surprises. Squirted some 2 stroke oil in the cylinders and performed a compression test. 7 bars at all cylinders.

I havent found any serial number or motor number yet, where should i look?

The plan is to use the boat as-is this summer, and do a complete teardown and rebuild this winter. Thread with pics and video will come.
