You didn't talk to my lawyer, I never said the parts were coming back. I told you that if ups was able to locate the package that was more than likely stolen off of your porch they would send it back. The tracker I put on the package with ups has no history of ever coming back to me, in fact you can look online and see it has never been ever located after being delivered to your home. Everyone on this site including you has all access to the information through the tracking number.

Exactly. Luckily I had proof of delivery too. He filed a claim on eBay(how I sold him the parts) that at first the part didn’t work, then that he actually never received it and it was “stolen off his porch”...they denied him, then he filed a claim on PayPal and they denied him.

He didnt know we had a mutual friend who saw the parts in his possession and even heard him speaking about “what a good deal he got on eBay” about the parts.
