Another fun day at our boat (car?) launch dock!

I just happened to cruise by the launch and saw a cop, tow truck, and a flatbed. Had to see WTF now? This idiot tried to go WAY out in low tide (Low 1:31 PM -3.7 High 8:35 PM 15.9) Way out in the muck and stuck. Tides coming in now fast (always does when ya stuck!) and by the time the trucks got there, water to the roof line! Flatbed hooked to tow truck, and line out to the SUV (newer too, or damn sure used saltwater car now) and STILL had a bitch getting it out. Always fun at the boat launch! That black spot way out there in the SUV ROOF! And just behind that tow truck is the end of the concrete pad

That sucks so bad it's almost funny.Yesterday i watched a woman attempt to back the trailer down the ramp while the husband (i am guessing they where married by the way they spoke to each other ) tried to sort of guide her with comforting words like " NO ! THE OTHER RIGHT " and " WHAT DON'T YOU GET,IT'S SO EASY OUR KIDS CAN PROBABLY DO IT BETTER "......After about 15 attempts the guy finally called it and told her to get the F out of the truck and let a man do it.......and she opened the door of this f-250 and tripped out getting caught in the auto running boards while leaving the truck in reverse.She got banged up,the truck and trailer jack knifed in the ramp,what a total sh!t show ! I felt so bad,all i could do was laugh.

Ahhh yes boat launch shenanigans. This past Sunday was a winner for us. Never been in this lake before and the damn launch had a 1' drop at the end of the concrete and the concrete was tilted at least 15 degrees so getting the boat loaded on the trailer properly was a royal pain. Lots of entertainment to watch,, wont be going back

"Two other trucks got stuck in the mud trying to help. No professionals wanted to come out. They called AAA and fire and tows. The tide was coming in fast, it only took about 25 mins for the truck to be submerged. After it was under water the tow truck finally came."
