Me and my buddy bought a pair of 260s off a boat with twins. Flipped a coin and of course I ended up with the left hand unit. No use for it. It’s in decent shape. Had a small chip on the leading edge of the skeg that’s been welded. And I noticed a tiny hairline crack on the back edge right below the cav plate. Tore it apart cause the driveshaft has some pitting on it. Was gunna get a new one and reassemble but don’t have the time or energy. Forward gear bearing got a little chewed up when we pulled it so will need a new one. Gears and everything else look good. 500$ Takes it and I’ll cover the shipping just need it out of the garage. Located in Southern California
