2.5 EFI, 280 HP Merc...

Complete 2.5 EFI 280Hp (2004) with OS mid-section, CLE lower unit, and alien cowling... ALL IN MINT CONDITION. Too much power for my Mirage. I'm new to the "go fast" scene, and I admit I don't have the nerve to run it as it needs to be run, and will stay with a 200Hp. Asking $9,500. Will separate powerhead... $6500

Willing to trade short blocks? Have a 94 2.5L 150-200hp short block. Less than 50hrs. Can send video. Has all 2.5 260hp internals. Exhaust ports are stock. It's probably solid 240hp with all my electrical an efi/intake dressing. It's on a twin tunnel. Looking to match up with my other motor. Witch is a true 2.5l 260hp block.

I have ‘97 Pro Max 225 with less than 30hrs on complete rebuild back to stock, Brucato Ecu, 7500 rev limiter, OS mid, sm lower. In Tx, not sure where you’re located. Could just do complete powerehead swap if interested???

I have a complete 99' 225 Promax
super clean low hour under 60hr fresh water motor off my STV procomp.
126-131 compression cold super low leakdown, borescoped fresh crosshatch in every cylinder.
Runs fantastic !! Stock computer, still has rev limiter never removed. Have history and lineage of engine. Old racer and fellow STV enthusiast Harry Middleton .
Have video of cold start and running,
Fresh rebuilt coned lower new seals, repaint, oil.
