2000 225 optimax less than 100hours

I am looking to upgrade to a 250. There is nothing wrong with this motor. Compression is good updated thermostats serviced at the beginning of the month. Had 91 hours on it at that time and I have fished out of it three times since. When serviced of the 91 hours 90 of them were below 2k rpm. The older gentleman that owned it before me lived on a speed restricted lake and just idled everywhere to crappie fish. Will try to upload pictures tomorrow.
