That was the correct ruling. I'm sure if they want to track you by your vehicles GPS system they would need a court order as well, same thing.

A step in the right direction but not nearly strong enough. We're at the stage where we need global privacy protection rights. Encrypted Privacy on every device, platform, and network by default across the board, no warrant? No access. Any access goes on public record

Work in public office? All records available to public. Shine the light on the ones who serve US, instead of the other way round. Cant work FOR the public in a public manner? Not suitable for the job

Quit using Google years ago, Duck Duck Go is the search engine I use.

It seems to be a bit more diverse than Google. Do a search to buy some boots on Google, all I get is ads for Amazon (of which I HATE) and Ebay. Very few other stores to choose from. It has changed from how it was. Duck Duck Go is much better, plus it is not supposed to track you.

I DETEST any thing to do with liberals but the majority in this decision was 5 liberal judges and I have to swallow my pride and say THANK YOU to these 5 judges. Hurts my soul to agree with liberal, legislate from the bench, activist, liberal, judges, but it's finally time that they were right and the 4 dissenters, supposed to be conservative, were LEFT BEING WRONG.
