    Thumbs up Take the test!

    Here's an American Civics Literacy Quiz. It's not a hard quiz, even I scored pretty good so you know it's not that hard. I'll post my score after others have taken the test. It takes less than 5min. to take the test.
    It also has a link to how well our elected officials scored.

    American Civics Literacy Quiz---> https://fellowshipoftheminds.com/201...literacy-quiz/

    The average score for the 2,508 Americans who have taken the quiz was 49%. A sub-group within those 2,508 Americans — college educators –scored not much better than the overall population, at 55%, which means that America’s college instructors and professors get only a little more than half of the questions right!

    Not so good. 66%. Had to guess on a few of them and not a very good guesser.

    72%, but I don't remember Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and Aquinas, MLK or Sputnik being taught in Civics class. That has been many, many moons ago though!

    I did much better than I thought I would. I admit some of my answers were what I thought made the most sense for the answer and I've always done well with multi choice test. I'm not posting this to brag because I was surprised I did so well; it could have been a fluke. I've always loved history so I watch a lot of shows on TV that do with history.
    I don't think any of you did bad. I find it hard to retain info from when I was in school.
    I scored 81.82%. Wish I'd have done that well in school.

    What surprised me is how bad the politicians did.

    I actually was surprised I didn't do better.

    I didn't have to guess on as many as I got wrong...

    Guess sometimes it isn't what you don't know that can hurt you, but what you do know that just isn't so....

    Did any of you get questions wrong because you didn't go with your first choice? I got one wrong that way. All the others I missed the old fashion way, I didn't have a clue what the answer was.
