    Tritoon set up with a G2 300

    Hello guys is there any info out there on set up? Just bought a 18 Manitou 23' SHP with a G2 300 on it. What is everyone running for props? Is there any good forums?

    That's the hole point hahaha yeah for sure! Took her out last weekend I am blowen way every time when you can roll 100mph at 1/2 throttle!! And hit it and it pushing you back in the seat good at that speed. She's been turn key going on 3 years now at the start it was a nightmare! Hahahha

    Give us an update! I'm guessing you went with a 18p Rebel and top speed is 52.

    It ran 55mph all day with a Rebel sad me I can't think of pitch. Best speed was 58Mph not enuff It is getting power swap now. Putting a 400R with a tune on it going for mid to high 60s!

    You would be better off with a 300R.

    O yes that's all you want on this big turd! The super charge 400r is all TQ!! Way way more than the 300r I bet the g2 has more tq than the 300r.

    A buddy Paul was just telling me they went from a 250xs (couldn’t break 60) they went to a 250 verado with a 5.44 it went slower. They did a 340 tune and it went almost 10mph faster. Pretty impressive

    I'm sure you are right.. That G2 is a torque monster. Unfortunately I doubt you will ever see dyno graphs comparing the two. I just sent a 225 Verado ecu in to Simon for a tuneup for a customer. I'm anxious to see if / how much I have to pitch up.
