I have them off now to do finish work to paint so ill get ya a few more pics but I used 1/8 plywood on boat side and then wood rings for the speakers streched fleece over and staple on the two sides around the speaker and down where the grab handles are .... and put a coat fiberglass resin on the fleece just to get the shape then put some fibers and more resin on the backside for strength.... a little finish work on the outside to prep them for paint ...should be good ..... I learn the process making subwoofer enclosures for custom cars
