I purchased two very small items (thermal grease and an LED light) in the same order. Very tiny items. And this is how they arrived. In two separate boxes that are about 10 times larger than they needed to be, and they arrived just like that - no filling in the boxes or anything. I guess I admire them for not using an envelope that would not prevent potential damage, but this is kind of silly.

Unfortunately they are forced to use the shippers available. They are limited to what they deliver by where the item/customer is. I got a generator from Ca and I'm in Miami it was roughed up even the test oil was all over the box. Ups delivered it on Saturday knocked and drove off. Amazon is convenient and that comes with a cost. I notified amazon of the shape of the delivery and they were more than accomedating.

I treat Amazon like Walmart and Target. Like the PLAGUE!!! I refuse to do business with them.

I had a package delivered by UPS from Amazon left on my front door step. I picked up the box and everything fell out of the bottom. I know he did this on purpose. Amazingly everything was there. Thanks to the UPS guy or gal...

The problem was Amazon's packing, or lack there of. I contacted Amazon and made a complaint, and all I heard was crickets. F%&K THEM!!!

Plus they go out of the way to employ over a 1,000 moslems. How could it be easier to transport a bomb could it be? Wake up people!!!
