In Florida so many of these are insurance fraud, they got the new boat and new tow vehicle then can’t afford it so they sink the truck. But some are just idiots.

I have seen this at the Coconut Grove ramp and Boca Raton ramp. I jumped in a truck up in Boca because there was a child in the truck and the cops asked me if I was stupid needless to say it was an impleasant exchange.
