That is Scream and Fly's problem in a nutshell...

The post should all start fresh after tomorrow. There were too many people at Lake X to keep all of the information that was divulged under tight wrap. Mercury monitors this site "that alone should tell you that its a good information source and targeted customer audience".

As for the small boat performance world, I hope to see some younger people get into the hobby that we all enjoy-take a kid for a ride and expose them. Its something that they will never forget.

I saw the dealer into video, and it’s a 300r and 250r from merc racing and another 300 v8 4.6

It didn’t show what the lower unit was or weight so who knows

The main problem is if you want to start a thread you should have control over the content.
If not the haters and Ass holes take over quick and all hell breaks loose.
Ignore dose nothing it is a wast of time.
How many treads are destroyed by game playing smart ass and trolls.
Seams some on here just can not help them self from acting like a 12 year old spoiled brat or a self proclaimed condescending keeper of all that is.
It will not change and those in the know will stay away.
As far as the eng it is nothing but a warmed over 200.
Keep the "my eng is not running right" treads going it is all you got now..........

On the FB thing? Hate to tell ya but the IL 6 Merc site has us old relic IL6 lovers posting daily. I mean come on! HOW many old relic IL6 lovers still exist? But Sam (MK75H), as Norris (Raceman) and Conrad (Milkdud) are ALWAYS chiming in reality anothers "Q". And little "your wrong" idiot posting as have KNOWLEDGE them!. The rest here? The OG's retire and/or leave the planet folks, it's reality. The analytics on usage may be high but the content appears horizontal at best, it's a trend of digital social obfuscation. Greg, throw a few talented high EQ, low ego, 24/7 content sysops on each board to separate the banter. Not censorship, but active on content management. There is are a large segment of folks that would likely engage in discussion and information sharing; moreover the oligarchy and gang mentality seems thick. One more thing, lighten up folks...its the internet! Great job, thanks for everything you do S&F.

I spend quite a bit of time sifting through the archives. There’s a wealth of knowledge here that is actually pretty easy to search. Most issues have been covered in the past with the old V6 Merc stuff, and lots of that stuff is fun to read through for me.

Looks like it was leaked before the actual release date. The link wasn’t from Mercury. Somebody somehow got a hold of it a posted to a host site.
