Why do you think he cant ask a question on an older thread? If your not allowed to ask a question then it would be locked. Or deleted. So then what's your limit on how far back your allowed to ask? 1 month? 5 days? 3 months? Let's make a sticky and not allow anyone to comment past how far back?
