22 Progression stereo speaker placement
I just recently picked up a 2012 Progression 22. The boat came without a stereo. I have a head unit and amp in mind but I'm looking for some help with the speaker mounting in the boat. I am thinking 4 JL 7.7's or DC Gold 6x9's. The 6x9's would be easy to mount in boxes. The JL's might be a bit more difficult I think. I have been searching for enclosures for the JL's but coming up short. Does anyone have any ideas or pics from their installations to point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

JL's dont require an enclosure. They were designed to perform their best in an open air situation. 6x9's or for your 1980's camaro, JL makes the best speakers on the water. go with 4- 7.7" speakers, single 12" sub (ported) and a 700/5 amp. simple setup and rocks all day long year after year.

You can find much cheaper equipment that can rival jl's sound quality. Jl is overpriced imo
